New Year's

Happy New Year's everyone!! I hope that this year each of you continue to grow closer to God & keep Him your #1 priority. And if you do not have a relationship with Jesus Christ then I really hope & pray this is the year!!!

As for my New Year's resolutions this year I came up with one the other day & another one today.

1. Not spend so frivolously - what does this mean? I really am not sure yet. I didn't want to tell Dusty because that meant maybe he would hold me accountable to this. As I have been thinking more & more about what this actually means I have become slightly more confused. Does it mean that I don't buy something that is really cheap on sale because I really don't need it. Does it mean not buying fancier groceries ex: Izzy drinks, Mozzarella sticks & etc.? Perhaps it means still doing this things but on a not so regular basis... We shall see what this really means as the year goes on but for now I think I did pretty good. Bath & Body Works had wallflowers on sale for $3 a piece & while I LOVE wallflowers & that is a dirt cheap price I knew that it was a necessary thing or even close for that matter & so I did without :0)

2. Not wait till the day of a Bible Study to do the WHOLE Bible Study! I don't know how many times I have done this & today, while I didn't do the whole thing, just the majority, it feel overwhelming & I don't think I get out of it what I could if I were to spread it out throughout the week & dwell on what I learned.

Other than that I have no New Year's resolutions. I could say I would like to lose weight but being pregnant & only getting bigger that is just setting myself up to fail :0) along with not indulging myself in an occasional McD's double cheese burger ketchup only & a medium fry :0)
