Fame is over rated

Well it seems I have become quite famous lately in the Peoria area. Just kidding! :0) However, I have been on the radio several times.

A couple weeks ago Donovan Hill asked if Dusty & I would be interested in answering some questions for the up coming Vision Fundraiser. So we obliged & went. Donovan put my blip about the song "Lead Me" on the air & he said that it is probably the best one he has ever done, it brought his wife to tears! So that airs on the radio between 4 & 5 times a day, if you are a hardcore listener you probably here me about once day or every other day!

Then on Friday it was the guys vs. girls quiz so I called in and faced off against a guy & well I beat him!! So I was on air then too!

Just the other day then I was volunteering at the station, answering phones & stuffing envelopes & Dave Brooks remembered my testimony so he had Jeremy & Donovan record me & then that aired.

There is also another blips of me & one of dusty that either will be played thurs. or fri. or it already has been, I haven't heard it though!

So it seems I am the WCIC spokeswoman lately :0) That is a joke but I do feel I have been on a lot & need to not call in for a LONG time!!! I don't want people to think I am some WCIC stalker!
